Washington
Square Capital Markets brochure
The investment banking subsidiary of the NWNL Companies (now
ING), Washington Square Capital Markets needed a classy brochure to introduce itself to prospective
customers.
Young
Zeck responded by creating this rich-looking but cost-effective brochure in
black and gold. Using just a few two-color charts and mezzotint photos, we
made clear the threefold structure of Washington Square Capital's business:
debt financing, leveraged transactions, and mergers and
acquisitions.
Our spare, clear, accessible prose both
explained the nature of the business and persuaded prospects in
middle-market and emerging-growth companies to trust our client and
explore a relationship with them.
The
inside back cover contained a pocket in which Washington Square could insert
information on current personnel and recent financial deals. (We designed a
form which
they printed, on specially cut paper, on their laser printers.)
