Who we are

Young Zeck is a group of affiliated freelance writers and designers.

In addition to writing and design per se, we do market research (internal and external), photography, web programming, production coordination, and project management.

In other words, we can do the whole job for you, start to finish.

As writers and designers committed equally to the word and the image, we bring both analytic and creative powers to bear on the question of your identity.

As a small group, we have provided personal, detail-oriented attention and timely service since 1988.

Greg Zeck 
— one of Young Zeck's founders — is fond of horses and good causes. One of his favorite good-guy masks is the Ph.D. in American lit he received from the University of Texas at Austin. In this guise, he has taught writing and literature at universities in the U.S. and abroad, and enjoyed a freelance writing and communications management career of 20 years. Reading an organization, Greg says, is like reading a book — involving, among other things, surveying & appraising the masks or personas that people wear, then finding a theme that expresses the ideal identity of the group.
